UTM ↔ Geographic converter
Convert a single point, or a whole list, between latitude/longitude and UTM coordinates. Also shows the meridian convergence and the point scale factor.

Accepts decimal degrees with a dot (-27.6) or degrees, minutes and seconds (27°36'00"S).

How it is calculated
Krüger series to sixth order (Karney, 2011), with each datum's parameters. Compared with 15 points computed by PROJ: differences below 0.1 mm in E and N.
Mind the datum
This tool does not change datum: each datum uses its own ellipsoid. To go from SAD 69 or Córrego Alegre to SIRGAS 2000, use the SAD 69 → SIRGAS 2000 tool. SAD 69 → SIRGAS 2000
